Weston/Creative is always on the hunt for new talent. Our roster of freelancers include all types of creatives that work remotely (or from home). We makes sure to vet all of our freelancers prior to offering them a position on our team. Our clients are our number one priority, and we want to ensure ongoing confidentiality, ethical work and strong results. Our hiring process takes three steps: 1) initial application (resume + cover letter + portfolio if applicable), 2) screening questions, and 3) Skype interview. Once we offer you a position on our roster, we send you ongoing work and compensate based on the work put-in.
